The Cobra 4600 Alarm series has been checked and approved by Thatcham and is classifieds as a CAT 2-1 meaning that as long as your vehicle has a factory fitted immobiliser then by adding the 4615 you will be Thatcham CAT 1 approved meaning you should gain an insurance discount. 

What can this security system do?
The Cobra A4615ADR Alarm Immobiliser gives your car keys a passive digital signature so no cloned key will start the car because the digital signature (ADR Card) needs to be present. Additionally, the cloned Key will not disarm our alarm which will sound after a short delay when vehicle is presented with a cloned key and door is opened, warning away the thief.

The ADR card on our alarms (unlike CobraTrak ADR systems)  can be conveniently attached to your vehicle key and "works passively for your comfort and ease."

COBRA have the ONLY alarm that uses OE key to remain armed in a hack or clone situation, and it's a comfortable convenient solution using the OE Key and retains all vehicle comfort features including arming dis arming for passive keyless entry and also boot release from key. 

When combining the A4615 and CobraTrak the alarm will text the mobile phone on trigger.
