DISARM THE IMMOBILISER 

BY DRIVER TAG  “BUTTON PRESS OR PROXIMITY”

 

AUTOMATIC IMMOBILISATION

Immobiliser arms automatically after the engine is turned off and ID Tags are moved out of range.

DRIVER RECOGNITION TAGS

The ID Tags should be attached to the vehicle keys and used to disarm immobiliser by button pressed.

UPGRADABLE EMERGENCY PIN OVERRIDE

On upgrade the customer is provided a PIN button to override the immobiliser in emergencies this will disarm arm the immobiliser if battery has failed in tag​​

TWO OPTIONS.......... TAG SET UP (DEFAULT SETUP IS BUTTON PRESSED  BY LONDON CAR ALARM CO)

OPTION 1

Arming the Bl Evo Immobiliser

Upon turning off the vehicle ignition the immobiliser will arm in 2 mins, within the time the vehicle can still be started after this time the vehicle will become armed.

Disarming the Bl Evo Immobiliser

On arrival to the vehicle press the black rubber button in the centre of the circular tag. A red will flash one on the top LHS of the tag and the immobiliser will be disarmed for 2 mins allowing time to start the vehicle

OPTION 2

Arming And Disarming By Proximity (NOT Recommended due to range)

The ID-Tag Should be attached to the vehicle keys. After the ignition has been switched off and the ID-Tag has moved out of range (min range 5m Possible max range up to 10m) the immobiliser will arm after 50s.

The immobiliser will automatically disarm if the ID-Tag is present when the ignition is switched ON.

 

Optional Upgrades

1. System can have up to 4 tags

2. Horn trigger if immobiliser is not deactivated within 10 seconds of turning off the ignition

3.  Indicators will trigger if immobiliser is not deactivated within 10 seconds of turning off the ignition

4. Call Alert immobiliser is not deactivated within 10 seconds of turning off the ignition

5. Remote Immobilisation If keys are taken with tag present

6. Emergency Pin Code Override

 

EMERGENCY DISARMING BY A 3 DIGIT PIN CODE IF OPTIONAL UPGRADE

With the ignition OFF hold the LED/BUTTON for 10 seconds until the LED comes on, release the button. Now count the number of flashes matching the first digit of the PIN code, press the button. Three rapid flashes confirms the input. Repeat the remaining 2 two digits. After confirming the third digit the LED will be off and the immobiliser will be disarmed. Start the vehicle immediately.

REACTIVATION OF THE IMMOBILISER

With the ignition key OFF hold the LED/BUTTON for 3 seconds until the LED comes on, release the button, the LED will flash quickly for 3 seconds. Press the button once whilst the LED is flashing, the LED will flash slowly to indicate the immobiliser has reactivated

REPLACEMENT BATTERIES FOR TAGS ARE CR2032 ( Recommended Battery To Be Replaced Once A Year)
